Day 1 of refilling ourselves with God to be a vessel to be able to pour out to others this Thanksgiving. Whatever you have chosen to fast from this week please allow this time to be additional time with God. Time with your Heavenly Father to give Him time for your love and attention, time to sit alone with Him in His presence.
Dear Father, I pray as time is spent with you, that in your perfect way, each one is aware of your presence and can feel your embrace. That each one knows they are not alone, they are beautiful, important and they each have their own purpose and light to shine. Please refill us with You and your love so your will may be done in each life and in the lives that will be touched as we pour out to others. Allow your love, rest, healing and peace to be felt and seen by each with their time with you. In Jesus mighty name. Amen 🙏 💜😘
Matthew 6:16-18
16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
17 But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
18 That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
